You helped get out of restricted breathing this thing was so tight for 4 years from a freak little accident and it tightened like crazy. Then over a year or two of not addressing it, I began to throw my left low back out 5-6 times and the muscles were so tight and my hip was way up in air, diaphragm so tight too from all the other triggers around my hip that got turned on over time towards the front that then I couldn’t even breath. And nobody could help me until you when I saw this video and then had my PT and Accupuncturist get on it to make it begin loosening, then I did low heat for a couple days to loosen more and more until it began to really let go of tension and now it’s almost fully relaxed the leg and buttocks. Amen, thank you sooooo much! God bless!
I’ve been having lower back pain for a while now . I was pretty certain it wasn’t a disc issue but I felt like it could be. Yesterday morning I was feeling stiff and I just randomly started to massage the upper glute muscle and kept at most of the day and then using a massage gun. And let me tell you what a relief. It’s still sore and stiff but now I know what to work on.
Great insights, important to note that medial tripper points can refer down into the maximus as well. That is where my trigger points refer. After extensive lateral movement such as tennis, my trigger point pain refers down deep in the maximus portion of the glute. All the same techniques apply to alleviating this pain though, great stuff.
Buna,va urmăresc și e foarte interesant, si de mare ajutor, desi nu prea inteleg bine engleza,as avea o mare rugăminte ,suptritari și în limba română. Va multumesc 🙏
Excelent explanation, thanks. I got a problem at the ''iliac crest'' section. (where you marked the 3th triggersection) If i stand before the mirror... one side (of that specific area) is much more thicker / swollen. I showed this my therapist and doctor and neurologist but they could not tell me about it. Is this a recognizable phenomenon for you? And i got so many triggerpoints at all 3 parts. I can feel them.... and most of them ''i think'' i can remove.... but they are back the next day. I had an hernia operation in 2016 (L4 - L5) on the left, and the recovery went fine but since the end of 2017 i deal with these problems on the right side of my hip. I think because of to compensate the left.... i asked to much from the right side. A long time i thought i had a hernia again. It took me 3 MRI-scans (2018-2022-2024) to realise it wasn't a back issue. Ok... long story short.... i want to know 'what' is the swollen section (location 3th trigger-area you marked) So its the exact side of my hip where i can feel the knob of my hip. One time a therapist told me its the connective tissue irritation. But what can i do about this ? Many many thanks from The Netherlands 👍💕 And blessings with all your works. (btw) what is the ice-pack doing ? You did not explane the reason for this treatment ;o))
