This looks fantastic, I live in thailand so I don't think I can squeeze this between 2 cars but as a bike rider this solves so many of my problem, 1st I can fit so many beer grocery and even painting frames in it which usually awkward on a bike, 2nd it would be good in a rainy day, 3rd I don't have to wear helmets so I can do my hair when I feel like it, 4th parking would be so easy I could park in some car left over space. and if windshield is removable it would be perfect, for catching some wind on weekend. My only complain is 90km/h is quite low for a distant ride, but my bike is also not much different except in this I might feel more comfy, all in all it a good trade off!!

How would that work in suburbia? Specifically what is the range and what is the payload capacity? This design looks promising to a retired senior with mobility issues.

Triggo batteries have a combined capacity of 14kW=140 km range* per one swap! That's about 86 miles.

Well they are in Poland, Warsaw Poland is almost 10 deg farthter N Lattitude than Ottowa.

it is a fantastic idea, but.. going in the middle of the cars is illegal at least in Spain, I believe in the rest of the EU. The good point of this kind of vehicles is that, most of the time we are only 1 person moving 1500 kg or more, and as you can imagine.. energy of the car = 1/2 m v^2 , if you reduce the m, we all save a lot of money,... anyway, cycling.

Drop one of the wheels on the rear! However, unless it has a 350 mile range and 100 mile per hour speed, it is a toy and not a serious motorcycle replacement!

The concept is great but 35 kilometer per hour vehicles are not allowed in highways, that speed is not very functional even inside town, to bad.

Has to be under $10,000 to work. These will be $15,000 plus. A brand new Toyota Corolla is $22,000. Much better deal.

Please don't encourage people to drive in between lanes of traffic. It's illegal, rude and dangerous.

Haven't done it myself yet, but I don't see what's rude about it. And it's completely legal in my country (Belgium) providing you don't go any faster than 30 Mph and stay between two lanes with cars. Besides, it has become legal in California on March 7.

It is ruder and absolutely wrong and immoral to drive a 2000 kg (>4100 lb.) -car that covers an area of 12 sq m.(130 sq ft.) with just one person in it.

Terrorist will quickly figure out that they don't need a suicide bomber to drive the thing to their target and vehicle autonomy is going to carry the same risk. I hope engineers are looking for a solution for that problem.
