Try turning your machine off then turn it back on. I found that work as well

I’m so sorry I got this machine nothing but a headache I m trying to return it now they don’t want to call back you call tech support they always telling you watch a video on something if it’s not working I want to talk to someone as much as you pay for these machines it should be very easy to get support!!! All they do is sell you lies but i ll stick with my brother
