We installed a Trinity Racing Can-Am X3 Stage 5 black cerakote dual full exhaust system
. We then re-flashed with the DynoJet PowerVision with Trinity tune. The beginning of the video shows stock exhaust at start and idle. End of the video show start and idle with new Trinity Stage 5 and DynoJet re-flash. Available on our website.

Thanks for the tutorial! I squirted some wd40 on the v-band clamp on the turbo. Helped wiggle it loose.

Great how to vid. I'll be honest the stock single outlet looks way better IMO then the trinity exhaust. The rear fascia and single bronze tip of the factory exhaust makes it look killer plus it has the spark arrestor this doesn't.

the trinity exhausts all come with spark arrestor screens. they install between the can and the exhaust can tip. we have ours installed at all times!

I just installed one my damn turbo coupler is leaking, the press for that connects turbo to header. Not the clamp, clamps sealed.

what is the function of the springs from the Y pipe to the muffler. Arent they welded?

the mid pipe and muffler are separate pieces so the springs hold them together.

You guys didnt' mention if you re-used the turbo to midpipe gasket in this install?

We didn't re-use the gasket

@@mrtosh If you mean the hard coupler that sits on the turbo outlet, then yes, Trinity recommends re-using to seal the interface. Sorry for the confusion

@@fastlabutv3774 no, sorry I'm talking about the paper thin metal gasket that goes in between the turbo and the pipe flange.

What's the point of the "dual exhaust"? Just looks? It's actually single exhaust with dual mufflers. I just custom built my own 3" turbo back exhaust and it sounds way better
