Do you get drinks or food in an Alaska economy?

If that tray table is dirty, I’m sure the plane isn’t being cleaned well or at all, not a good sign during the pandemic. I’m not sure if Alaska or Skywest is responsible for cleaning the plane as this is a Skywest Embrear E175.
