if only the seat map represented the actual aircraft being used...aa's website rarely shows a forward/rear -facing seat map when they sell the flights, yet surprise..... when you board the aircraft and you have the product which most people do not want.
What a lovely, detailed review. Can they create a seat that doesn't need us to press and hold. That's pretty annoying. Thanks for the review. I though American carriers were mostly rubbish. But this is good. Luxurious even.
