Thank goodness that many airlines have brought A380s back! What an amazing beauty to fly in. Even super-long trips across continents are somewhat more comfortable and safe.

This video was a double treat for me. Inside the A380 of course and the first time I see inside the Dubai airport from the eyes of a departing passenger.

Tu eres de los que lleva más años ya siguiendo el canal, por lo que supongo que eres consciente de todo el trabajo que ha supuesto llegar a poder grabar un vuelo de esta magnitud con esta aerolínea. No ha sido fácil, pero si ha sido apasionante. Cuando echo la vista a atrás y veo los primeros vídeos del canal... pienso que en aquel momento ni en mis mejores pensamientos estaba poder llegar a esto. Emirates is fantastic. I arrived at Hamburg with the A380 last Sunday. You can always ask for a second meal if you are still hungry. What a great value for money

It was a very long time since I've started the channel and I finally was able to fly on the EK A380!! :) The low load factor was because at the moment I recorded this flight, Austria was already in lockdown for 5 days. On the way to Dubai the flight was almost fully booked :) Cheers!!
I watch many aviation videos which feature what goes on in the cockpit, and find them interesting and educational. As a contrast, it is cool to see your channel as it shows what the *passenger* experience is like on various airlines.
Thank you for a great review ! I agree the A380 is a fabulous aircraft, and Emirates a splendid airline. However, being a somewhat ancient flyer, the A380 doesn't have the charisma of the B747, which for me will always be my favourite aircraft. It was the very first wide-bodied big Jet, and opened up the skies for everyone ! It is sad that many airlines, particularly the American ones, never bought the A380, and of course its sales are merely a fraction of the B747. Many thanks.
Thanks, Anthony! Yeah... I think the A380 appeared at an incorrect moment in aviation. If it would have been developed 10 years before, it would have been a best-seller. At the moment, the 2-engines wide-bodies are more efficient and can flight the same routes as any 4-engines plane. I'm currently planning a trip on the Lufthansa Boeing 747. Hopefully it will come soon to the channel :)

Sin lugar a dudas, Emirates tiene bien merecido su galardón como la mejor aerolínea del mundo, por su atención al pasajero, la infinidad de opulencias de detalles en sus aeronaves, la BUENÍSIMA COMIDA que sirven a bordo............ Y eso sólamente en la clase turista........... Si tienes la oportunidad de viajar en Business o primera clase, DEBES APROVECHARLA SI O SI!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for this wonderful video! For those of us who cannot yet fly this time, it was a treat. It felt like I'm flying with you. It felt nostalgic. I like how informative the video is. Engine type, the great rivers of Iraq, the geography, the parliament building of Budapest, etc. I must admit, Iraq's mountains look mysterious. I have flown several times with EK, but I don't remember the crew (or any other airline crew for that matter) tolerating the passengers to roam around even before the aircraft stops completely. Maybe they've been exhausted already. But then this is a short flight. So hmmm... :)

Muchas gracias, Cayetano!! :) Los B747 también están fuera de producción. Por suerte, Emirates ha dicho que no piensan dejar de operar el A380 al menos en los próximos 10 años, con bastante probabilidad de que los extiendan hasta 15 años más. Lufthansa, por su parte, ha dicho que el B747 será su nuevo buque insignia. :) Saludos y Feliz Navidad! :D
