Lived and worked in Cebu city for 4 years. Set up and managed a support center for a health insurance company. First 3 years was ok but the last year was pretty bad due to terrible infrastructure, power failure and employee turnover. Traveled back and forth to my company HQ 3x a year and avoided PAL like a plague. I've taken EVA, Korea, Cathay Pacific, Emirates and Qatar on many of those trips.
If you want to go straight to Cebu🇵🇭 from Vancouver Toronto🇨🇦 SEA SFO LAX IAH ORD EWR JFK🇺🇲 go via ICN🇰🇷 SIN🇸🇬 HKG🇭🇰 TPE🇹🇼. Because they have Legacy carriers that go directly to CEB from their hubs knew this because my brother's friend flies to CEB regularly.
Bago maging five star⭐⭐⭐ dapat may improvement muna sa airport or terminal they operated to airlines to airplanes. Malayo pa sila to rank us five star⭐ theres alot more to improve.
The A321-231 is fine and all but I still kinda miss and prefer their Boeing 737-300s and Boeing 737-400s.. not to mention it includes the Boeing 747-4F6 and the one and only 747-469M (RP-C7475)
hi, I’m planning to go home to the philippines (toronto-manila-cebu) with 2hrs55mins layover. Ok na po ba yun for transfer from terminal 1-terminal 2? and does PAL po ba have their own shuttle, cause were booking PAL from toronto all the way to cebu po.

If going on PAL all the way to Bangkok, and all of the flights are on the same ticket, PAL in Cebu can check it all the way to Bangkok. Just make sure to remind them and have them verbally tell you, and check bag tag
