Take a trip with me in my fourth video of my "Unique Connection Series". This time I hop back on Delta Air Lines (Operated By: SkyWest) to connect in the EAS community of Iron Mountain, which is located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

While the airline and the aircraft type (a CRJ-200) aren't that unique, the fact that this connection will drop you in an EAS city certainly qualifies it to be in this series. This was my 35th EAS city that I have visited and I'm so glad that I can finally say I have been to the U.P.

EDIT: Since this was published there has been new information!!! The video says you can only connect westbound, THIS IS NO LONGER TRUE...You can now connect in IMT in either direction!! :)

While taking these Unique Connections may not be the fastest way of getting where you need to go, it may certainly be the most fun way to fly. As I always say... "Why pay more, to fly less!"
