Oh my goodness, that bap was mouthwatering!! :) And it's better if I don't mention the dessert mate, I'll pretend that I missed it!! It's a good thing that I don't near that to the takeaway, otherwise they'd be seeing at least 4 times a week!!
I was only saying to Mrs Greeno a couple of days ago that it's about time to make another visit to Lyme Regis just so we can go to this place. They've got a winning formula - do just a couple of things exceptionally well.

I’m with you on the donut thing. Classic sugared jam donut all the way but they’re even better with whipped cream in them too! I like Icelands frozen ones lol they’re only £2 for 10! They’re not bad at all!
I'm gonna upset you again here.... I don't like cream either 😂 Never liked milk, right from being a little kid. Seems a waste of something you can make butter or cheese out of to me !!

You’re right, I am very lucky to live down in Dorset, so much lovely stuff on the doorstep (well if your doorstep extends to about an hour’s drive ha ha!) Thanks so much for watching, was great to find such a lovely little shop doing something simple to the best of their ability.
@@GreenoEats Yes, I love shops like that, taking a lot of pride in their procucts, and really caring about the quality. I think they're a real gem to find absolutely :) My friend went on a kayaking holiday around the jurassic coast last year and said it was just incredible. It's on my list of places I would love to visit, hopefully I'll get there sooner rather than later to experience the beauty...and now I know a good sandwhich shop for when I do haha
With things like these I think the comparison is with what you get elsewhere - so for example at the Christmas Market in Bournemouth I think the Hog Roast roll was about £9, and not a patch on this!
I do like that part of the Dorset coast, really nice. Food looked great. I don't think £7.50 was too expensive considering the size of the bap and quality ingredients used. I was impressed the jam didn't spurt out all over the place when you bit into the doughnut! Wouldn't fancy the walk back up that hill though.
Yeah, having eaten it, I would pay £7.50 for that bap all day long. The walk back up the hill was tough, but after the bap and the doughnut I guess I needed to work off some calories!

I know, it baffles almost everyone, but I just don't really like it !! Same with chicken skin, eating a KFC is hard work for me, cos I try to peel off the crispy coating to eat, then discard the skin, then eat the chicken!! Video idea right there now!!!
