I managed to EX Vergil. I just wish I was able to do the weapon too. I'm probably never gonna spend that kinda money on this game again, because I'm not happy with the company's business choices with this game, but I am very happy with the Vergil at least.

wait, so for the final boss: you hit her to the next phase, destroy each eye's shield then go back to hit her again and repeat? it was just THAT easy???

Yeah, pretty much, you break her until the next phase, hit the shields off the eyes, guide the lazer of the eye back to her while running towards her and it'll stun her then you can do double damage to her while she's knocked out
