I remember showing this to a good friend of mine, she fell in love with this song. Sharing music has always been a very intimate thing to me. She was killed outside of a bar downtown where I'm from, and this is the first time I've listened to this song since even before then. A lot of mixed emotions for me but I will always cherish this song more than anyone can understand. Appreciate the small things in life and appreciate the people you share them with.

I remember the day I first listened to this song. I was by myself hiking to the top of a mountain. I even brought my camera out there and idk why but I was wearing pants and button long sleeve. But when I was at the top it felt good. There was another hiker and I asked if he could take a picture for me. I felt like I was on top of the world listening to this song.
