One of the few theme teams that actually works very well. The bulk, the damage output, and consistency of this team is surprisingly good despite being triple dragon
Dialga's only two weaknesses are both steel type weaknesses of Fighting and Ground. It has 0 dragon weaknesses of any kind. Thus is able to hit the rest of the other dragons that you also see alot of in Master league, with super effective stab damage, without taking super effective damage from the opponents dragon attacks, only neutral to dragon attacks, at most. Thus Dialga is one of the few dragons that go great as a safe swap for another dragon on the same team. Whether that be either form of Palkia as lead or even Shadow Dragonite if you have a near perfect shadow one like me. Shadow dnite is all damage, Dialga is the bulky safe switch to assist it whe. It falls short as well as being able to deal with fairies, ice and rock with Iron Head
As the person who previously submitted the Creation Trio battles a year ago, can't wait to try out the Origin variant in ML when it comes back. It also feeds on Kyogre. It's free energy if anyone runs a Kyogre and you see it on their team.
Can any Master League Veterans help me with IV's? I have a Origin Palkia @ 14/14/15 and another with 15/12/15. Which one should I power up for master league? On PvPoke the 1st one has a higher rating, but it loses the mirror. How important is 15 attack compared to better overall stats?
@@cartersmiley9078 I did that and that's what I based my original comment on. They have the same record except the 14/14/15 loses to the hundo in the mirror, but it has a higher overall rating against the rest of the meta so that's why I'm not sure how much I weight I should give to the mirror matchup.
I'm sure they will, but I highly doubt it will be anytime soon. Like, I'm talking potentially years. It's pretty clear Niantic wanted to greatly incentivize people to go out and raid for these Pokemon during this event, while also making the version choice feel more "exclusive" so not everyone would easily have access to both field effects without trading with someone or getting lucky with raids. They wont want to undermine the exclusiveness of these moves so soon by allowing everyone to just use Elite TMs. Not saying they WONT do it, but going off how they treat other very exclusive things, it's almost always a while before they these kind of these become way more accessible.
I finally finished my Dialga XL farm during the tour! I have a hundo Altered and a 14/14/15 shiny Origin. Should I be a tryhard, or should I flex? I also got a shundo Palkia Origin, but no Spacial Rend 😭

I did 52 dialga raids but the max iv i got from raids is 95 🥲. I also did a lucky trade for it and my luck was so bad that i only got a 98%(15/14/15) 🥹. Why did niantic gave me 14 diffense 😭
Hey I have a choice to level up a dialga origin for master league. Should I do a 14/15/15 or a 15/15/12 (also a shiny) I figure for cmp ties the extra attack is better?
Dialga Origin is basically just a strict upgrade over regular Dialga, with or without Roar of Time, but definitely best to power one up with the move because who knows how long it will be until we can get these moves via Elite TMs.
They need to give zacian and meloetta charm and counter to zamazenta. If they keep making strict upgrades of pokemon older versions become completely pointless.Also ursaluna needs a better fast move than tackle....

The difference is one less HP. It doesn't lose you any matchups over the hundo, not even in the mirror. I'd say considering it's one of the best Pokemon in Master League, it's 1000% worth powering up, but if maxing a non-hundo bothers you a lot, you can wait I guess. Just remember that after Sunday, you probably wont have a chance to get more Spacial Rend Palkia for a long time, so you'll have to pray you get very lucky with lucky trades, or wait literal years to even get a chance for a hundo that might still elude you.
Wait until the end of the event in case you get the hundo, but 15/15/14 is fine to raise. It's too good to be pissy over it not being a hundo. Not everyone just gets hundo legendaries, if you only force yourself to wait for hundos then you won't be playing much master league.
Got a question and this is before I run the Sims on PVPoke but would you power up an Origin Palkia up to lvl 50 being 14/15/15? I I'll still raid tomorrow but if it ends being the best I wonder if I should bite the bullet with such heavy investment.
@@josephmother2659 I mean Regular Dialga is still everywhere but it’s dropped so much in ranking and It’s currently sitting at 29. Origin Dialga and Palkia are available in raid at the same time currently do I just lump them together. If you want to take that literally then I guess I made a grave mistake lumping Dialga in the narrative.
I love this theme team especially since I got really good IVs on all three Question tho, what's a move to replace spacial rend because mine doesn't have it
