I was thinking so as well. It seems nearly impossible to actually get 3 twists all the way around off the beam. Maybe it's not high enough and not bouncy enough, the beam
The whole video I was wondering whether you forgot Li Qi but you did the right thing and put her last! It's by far the best of all! Her form is perfect and she gets it around comfortably! The greates t triple twist dismount of all time imo
Who was at 2:00 they got it around so well, probably one of the best landings I’ve ever seen on that dismount. She started twisting early and maybe some form issues but the height and rotation amazes me, especially for that time period.
and knees, I would guess this is really one of the most dangerous dismounts, because the margin for error before it goes really, really bad is so small. Even a full twisting double tuck you have a wider margin where you could break the fall with your arms and not have twisting force on your knees.
2:00, Vera Kolesnikova. ViKtoria Komova’s mother. As if the triple isn’t hard enough off a round off, some of the girls tumble the length of the beam onto the triple. Amazonians.
It would be cool to see someone do a three and a half twisting dismount after all those years with triple twists. Does someone know if it has been done in competition..? 🙏
Thanks god FIG has created the 0.2 bonus for D+ dismount, I was sick of stuck double twists being considered "an amazing dismount" in post-2017 routines.
I have no idea how the focus with that horrible loud music and yelling on the microphone at 2:15. It sounds like a basketball ball game. Man I hate today’s gymnastics
@@saragrant9749 I don’t. This is a compilation of older, decent gymnastics too. I assure you? I don’t watch new gymnastics competitions. Is that a hard concept to understand? Just don’t reply to my comments if you don’t like what I’m saying.
@@dylanthepickle6428 ah, struck a nerve have I? Sounds like you just like to make comments that disparage the modern day world of gymnastics in favor of wallowing in the past. Don’t make comments if you don’t want to be called out for them. All that makes you sound like is a child.
@@dylanthepickle6428 if you don’t want to be rebuffed for ignorance in statements, try not making them then. It’s called growing up- something you clearly never did.
