after watching this video alone, i'm convinced that area must be on par, if not better, than the very best bouldering areas in the world. just stunning lines, interesting and beautiful rock, nice landings....i could see myself spending literally years bouldering there, and in fact may well do just that. i guess the $64,000 question is "Is there free, low-key camping?"

Definitely is one of the best bouldering areas in the world! I think anyone would love it there. I don't know of any free areas, a lot of the land is private so probably not a good idea. But get in touch with some locals, the places to stay are pretty cheap anyway...

Great movie - enjoyed it very much! You already know about the slight sound issue, but that did not detract from the inspiration of the film at all for me. I am a beginning boulderer and Rocklands is definitely one of the places I want my new addiction to take me in the future. Thanks for fueling the fire!

Sick movie, for future reference though, the interviews are pretty quiet and the music is pretty deafening by comparison.

Hi Eadan. First of all great video! Looks like an incredible place and you got some fantastic shots! Are you currently using a shotgun mic? If not I recommend this one by Rode: goo.gl/qY3Bcs Its a fantastic mic for its size in terms of audio quality and reach and is extremely compact so perfect for this type of 'Run n Gun' film making. It might be cool to collab sometime and I wish you all the best with your new Channel! Awesome stuff!
