I'm not sure Trisha can release the podcast audio they recorded because if Ethan was unaware they were recording. As a two-party law state, in California, you can not record anything without the permission of everyone involved. I'm not sure if it applies because everyone agreed to record the podcast but Ethan may not have agreed to let Trisha record it the way they did separate from the production. Hmmm it could be a loop hole possibly. Personally I hope they do and get in trouble, Trisha needs a reality check. Mental illness is not an excuse for bad behavior you know right from wrong Trisha your just selfish and don't care. As someone with BPD I'm offended every time they use it as a shield to hide behind. When I'm having an episode I sometimes in the moment don't realize how far I taking it but as soon as I come out of it I know and sincerely apologize and try to actively change the behavior.
