@@Las645you dont have to be super shredded to be on steroids he does have a natural physique but he had a crazy change in such a short amount of time alot of people do steroids that you wouldn’t expect you dont have to look like a bodybuilder to be on steroids a few of my friends take steroids and you wouldn’t be able to tell
@@heyitsdaniel4168what you dont understand is with the knowledge he has its extremely possible for him to look like that in a short amount of time. Its biohacking, if he was fat before he wouldnt need to put on much muscle, he would only need to cut. His knowledge is insane with nutrition.

Idk why people are calling this "gear". The size of his muscles AND his leanness are both very much achievable naturally in just a few years, even if he was fat before. The reason why his physique looks so impressive is that he has amazing muscle insertions. Especially his abs and chest insertions are pretty much elite. This is one way genetics play a part. Some people just look way more aesthetic with way less muscle.
You can that cut between abs, guy is single digit bf and that's hardly achievable for a part time athlete that was fat not so long ago. It takes years to look like this naturally and still would hardly be this lean

@@pelaaja8097he clearly hasn't just started going to the gym, if that was the case and he wasn't that peeled he could've put on ~10 pounds of muscle in that timeframe. But given that he has such a low bf% and has already exhausted both newbie gains and those he could've got from muscle memory development, it's going to be nigh impossible to gain that much naturally.
Never, will I ever go into any splits in front of some dudes, and we're not in a gym, or I'm about to go on a run. NOTHING else would justify going into "SPLITS."
Eat once a day, high protein, healthy foods and lift weights, you can easily look like that dude. It’s about calorie deficit, nothing more, nothing less. He weighs like 160lbs max. Try looking like that at 240lbs, then I’ll be impressed. Dude still looks great, no hate, but minor working out and heavy calorie deficit will do that to almost anyone.

He could gain 20lbs lean muscle in 6 months if he stayed consistent and obviously jumped on a cycle(of it’s not his first, a moderate cycle.) 10lb’s lean mass per year doing EVERYTHING correct…..is what Arnold said is the max. The ONLY way you’ll gain 20lb lean mass in a year is your first year working out of roids….just a fact. I’m 100% cool with responsible use but I’m not cool with giving the wrong impression. That’s extremely unrealistic to naturals.
Possible but steroids dont help you lean down and lose fat which is what he probably did. But to gain the amount of muscle he says he will, there is a high probability he will use steroids
