The last of my reviews on the burly brand voyager luggage series, The voyager tail bag/tank bag! BURLY BRAND. www.burlybrand... AR Harley and sons, UK. www.harleycust... PATREON. / stuartfillingham
Hi Stuart, thank you for the great description of this really nice tank bag. I just got mine, and checked out how to protect this bag in rainy weather. The solution was, to take the raincover of my bicycle handlebar bag. ( in my case Rixen&Kaul). this fits perfectly and protects minimum the bag from rain for a very small money 🙂
Great video and tail bag! I just received it! Any details on how you got it to fit once you lifted the seat? Not exactly an easy fit so far....Thank you!
Another great video about another great product. Sound advice regarding the use of a tank bag - I’ve had 2 tanks scratched due to my carelessness. I now use a tank bag with a ring lock on the fuel filler.
What a way to start a Friday! A stellar video , pretty countryside. High quality review of a high quality tank bag. Have you ever reviewed Viking Bags?
Stuart, you say that the installation is a bit difficult when installing on the pinion. Any chance of a video showing the install? Also, thanks so much for all you do for the T120 community.
Like you, i have never been a fan of tank bags, but visually that one is quite nice. Shame about the non waterproof zip though. Another quality video with ultra smooth editing!
One of my favourite youTube channnels and a great product today, as well. I must admit I'd like one of these. Are they available in Britain, or do you have to import from USA? A quick read of the comments below and someone else has said the same thing. Just shy of 200 GBP sounds pricey, but when you consider that a Baglux harness on its own is around 150 GBP and a bag around 85 GBP, Burly Brands sounds good value. And it's much better quality. The zips will last. I think I'm going to get one. Regards, Nick
Hello Stuart, awesome videos! Thank you so much!! Do you think the throw over saddle bag from burly could be fitted to the back of the bobber black? (As in your vid on the T120) I think these bags would be amazing on the bobber!
Great video, Stuart! You just got a new happy follower! Do you think the magnetic wings will reach the fender of a Thruxton R in order to use it as tailbag without straps?
Thanks for the great review; I wouldn't have discovered this bag otherwise. I have a Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber and would like to work out if the base that goes under the seat will fit it. Would you mind telling me its dimensions? I haven't been able to find that out anywere. Thanks very much in advance.
just got one for my T120, & I'm wondering how you managed to fit that underseat panel for mounting it on tail. Seem to block the connection point for the seat itself?
Stuart, You might want to consider keeping your mobile phone in your pocket rather than on the bike. If you get into an accident and are separated from your bike, you won't have access to your phone. Love the background music. Nice tail pack/tank bag. I haven't used one for a few years, I'll keep this on my short list of goodies.
Hey Stuart - the one I've been waiting for! I've looked at tail-packs galore for my T120 to replace the rucksack on my daily commute. This looks great - just a couple of questions... Can you leave the straps in place when you remove the bag (bike parked up)? Could you provide the internal & external dimensions (not on the website)? Thankyou for an excellent product review sir.
Sorry for the late reply Paul this week has been Hell! The bag is approx. 10cm deep, 29cm long and 25cm wide, at the widest point, external dimensions! knock around 0.5 cm off for internal dimensions. yes you can leave the straps in situ when you remove the bag. Once again sir thanks for watching!
Just had a look on the burley website. Doesn’t look like they have a UK outlet. Did you order yours from the states and how long did delivery take? Cheers
Hi Jan, google parodoro blues and it comes up as Freedom Trail Studio - The Current Blues a free2use utube uploaded by parodoro beats. I agree nice sound.👍🏻
