Way too much cut out for the reduced price it offers. Lower engine power, no traction control, telescopic forks, ride by wire stripped to throttle cable, aluminium swingarm replaced with steel box swingarm. Brushed steel exhaust replaced for cheap activa ass exhaust, no bar end mirrors, removed engine immobilizer from key, smaller and cheaper tyres. WTF triumph? These stripped features are atleast 30-40k worth. I was awaiting the Tiger 400, disappointed bro
@@remruata4722Absolutely not. People said the same thing about ABS 10 yrs ago. Trying riding on gravel while going upwards on hill, this happens a lot when you go to hill stations.
I do like The Speed 400 T4 because me as someone who doesn't want too much power or features it's kind of good , I don't Travel more than 40km on any bikes in one go i prefer Car for that purpose
the new design seems pretty good! I did test rides of the old one last year. They should have priced it slightly better. people are complaining but it's actually good that they didnt use a 250 engine with same features like KTM/Bajaj usually does. the new T400 looks closer to speed twin 900 than the speed 400 used to.
major onground issue with this bike is 20 KMPL, my guess is that they lowered the power and increased the low end engine ussabilaty to increase the Milage. this might be a underdog. Most of the people bashing this bike dont know how hard is it to own a bike that gives 20% more milage than their car. Lets wait and watch about the real life figures
perfect bike for my taste. However, the sad part about triumph is its unavailability. Triumph showrooms are too less, making it hard to choose. Also, i can't understand from a business of view how can one compete with Royal Enfield by selling in less stores at high cost. YES!... i feel it should be priced at 2lakhs ex-showroom.
Triumph is here to stay! Best investment Bajaj has made. T4 does not have any competition in the engine spec and price. It will still do decent numbers in the odometer with that power figures.
At least a 50k difference would have made sense and approachable, they should have made an affordable scrambler ver with more plush suspension for everyday indian roads
Calculation is simple .. who ever want triumph 400 for bit less cost and not needed much power for daily use. T4 is for them. This is not typically a dispointment for people who expected that. But disappointment for people who are waiting irrespectively
they have not released T4 to make it more accessible lol. they made it so the people who plan to buy this would consider paying a little extra and go for the speed 400.
If you place speed400, scrambler400x and this new T4, both speed400 and scrambler400x looks superior compared to T4. T4 looks like speed400's USD forks got replaced to pulsar's telescopic forks. And this T4 doesn't look like it has any dna like it's elder siblings, the T100 and T120.
Dino bhai.. still the Speed 400 is at 2.24 lacs (till stocks last) so reducing the price by 7k and cost cutting on features feels typically Bajaj rather than Triumph.. Launching the 2025 Speed 400 @2.4 lacs with a few mods is a better idea I believe..

What exactly is your problem? 😀 They didn't steal your money to develop this bike, did they? Forget the premium badging, they are selling a decent bike for the price. If you don't like the bike, don't buy it.

Madam please reduce GST and cess on cars. Change the rules of length , engine cc and ground clearance for GST slabs. Its unfair salaried middle class spending 50 % on taxes for car prices . With better highways coming better and safer cars are also required.
Triumph already had a perfect bike in the segment, don't know why they messed it up. T4 was unnecessary. At least now they should look to reach out to low tier cities like royal enfield and KTM
@@sahilroy893t4 was unnecessary, and speed 400 was already looking good. Too bad they discontinued the old colors. They could have just given the updated features and tyres without changing the exhaust color to black. No problem with increasing price to 6k. They tried to fix what's not broken
Not happy tbh. I expected Triumph to launch a new model like a Bonneville 400 or even a Daytona 400. I know some will say I'm daydreaming. I prefer Triumph to be affordable yet premium. This doesn't fit the bill though. Low cost and lower displacement models mean chapris will ruin this brand as they are doing to RE.
Triumph just used that technique like apple, by introducing a less appealing version of their standard one, at a cost that cannot be justified, so now the standard would become a necessity.
