This is a full system so the original cat is removed. I also fitted a K&N air filter and asked Triumph to remap the fuel to suit. Infact I don't think it had a special map as I believe the ecu corrects the fueling if the bike is idled for 10 or 15 minutes after first fitting the new exhaust. There are plenty of videos out there explaining this.
The only paint you should put over carbon fiber is "clear". You could have much easier and cheaper made your cover from fiberglass. What you used carbon fiber for in this instance did not need carbon fiber for the extra strength. Then you paint over the only reason for having carbon in this instance...the look. Why?
Cheers, yes I made the rear cover. It is a long process making a mould from the original part and then hand laying carbon fibre. I had to break the mould to remove the part so cannot make any more I'm afraid. I have just sold the bike with all the custom parts so that's it... time for another project!
Gorgeous bike. Well presented although editing was a little strange in places. I've met people who talk over people lots of times, never met someone who talks over himself before! 🤭🤭👍🏻
Just came across your video - awesome bike man!! I’m looking to buy in the next couple of days. Loving the look of those new tires. What tire size are the new TKC80?
Cheers. I doubt this would fit the old air cooled scrambler. I think there are plenty of alternative high level pipes that are designed specifically for that model
Check this video out, it has an arrow system which sounds pretty good. Fwd to 5 mins and 15 secs. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hXChxiY1-Yk.html
