I was worried about his posture .. you can get terrible pain in your shoulder,back ,knees and neck if you doing it wrong.. but yes I also is concerned about the cat .. poor fellow.. !
True story: when I began weight training class in high school, I could not lift the 45 lb bench press bar. My max bench press was roughly the 30 lb small bar, empty. I had to start off with the 20 lb "easy-curl bar" empty in order to do my sets of ten reps. I maxed at 85 lbs bench press by the end of the semester.
