Nice looking calipers & Discs Chris, pity about the bonnet! I bought a front corner for a TR7 which included the inner and outer wings, they just chopped the whole lot off including the chassis rail, needles to say it didn't look anything like the description, I only used the inner wing the rest was more rotten than the one I took off. One of the joys of restoration, you certainly lean a lot doing this.
Cheers Mark. Yes the Wilwood kit will make a big difference to the braking efficiency. I'm thinking about another set for the Blue car. I reckon the Green Bonnet is scrap. Too much effort to get it looking good. As you say, restoration is a steep learning curve. Take care. Chris Robinson
Nice video, thanks! Would these fit within the standard 13" TR7 alloy wheels? Usually suppliers say 14" minimum but it looks compact enough to potentially fit?
@@chrisrobinson61 Thanks for the reply Chris, and taking the effort to make your content. Only if its no trouble, and next time its in bits anyway, would be interesting to know. Thank you very much :)
John, not too sure at the moment. The Willwood is for the White car. If it's success I'll think about the Blue car plus a rear dics conversion. Take care. Chris Robinson
