And that one time Milk did Celine Dion, a friend of a friend of someone who knew a friend of a friend of Celine's... well, we know how they both turned out.
@@ger5565 tbf Milk's problem wasn't that she did a bad Celine impersonation, it's that the Celine moment she decided to pull from was too vague for the judges or audience to understand. Harness a 'My heart will go on' moment or something, not some random vogue look that garnered mild attention a few years back.
It was pretty much in plain sight. The only gag is that Shangela didn't notice it sooner. So if this was, in fact, story production, the queens were in on it
honestly there should be a show about uncovering all of the footage of the producers causing drama, the raw unedited footage, that would be so entertaining tbh
Bless Chi-Chi's heart. Whenever I think about her first thing that comes to mind is "Face Crack" I'm so grateful she left us with all of these joyful memories. Rest in peace and harmony sweet girl.
@Specter Hanging 3 notes from all eliminated queens. Look up "Hey Queen", Shea talks abut it, Trixie is absent minded and is not well-aware of social situations
Specter she literally says (twice if you listen carefully, with the Frankenediting going on) she hung it BEHIND another note, and in her own work station. That’s not “for all to see”.
Trixie meant no harm by putting it up, she's friends with Thorgy but I couldn't blame Shangela for being dramatic either, looking back at season 3 she was bullied, esp by the Heathers and coming back to this race she's still probably on guard and still think that people are still on to her
We not talking about her past we are talking about the fact that she should not put that up there and I was wrong so she had every right to be upset because how would you feel somebody put that note up there and they did that to be shady that was not cool she put that up there at all it was shady
She literally put the note behind another note. Shangela not only was in Trixie's station when she shouldn't have been, but was actively riffling through her stuff and would not have seen the note if she wasn't being extra nosey. She literally had to move something else out of the way in order to be able to read the note. I love her, but this is 100% on Shangela.
I can tell Trixie was super pissed near the end which is nerve wrecking since she is usually so hilarious and shit. I do love her but there really was no reason to keep the Shangela thing up there. Even so, they are Drag Queens, they should be able to deal with that shit, I thought it was more jokey than anything else.
@@Remiddi they call each other those things all the time though. That's just standard drag lingo. Why is it offensive this time but not the other 99.99% of the time?
@@breadfan_85 exactly. It's all in the delivery really, that just obviously doesn't carry well in note form. If Thorgy was trying to make a joke out of "argh I just hate shangela so much (hah not really I'm just acting up for reality tv)" then thats great, but if she hadn't made that joke in person around Shangela, with the right joking tone of voice, its easy to understand why Shangela would think it was serious. Still shouldnt have gotten that worked up over it though, considering Trixie really had nothing to do with it
What are you talking about she put that up there so she can see it so when you talking about bro and just like it was no reason she should have put that note up there she wanted her to see that note because she was being ignorant fool🙄
people acting like the producers didn't tell shangela to go over there lmao she just casually looking at trixie's stuff for no reason hahahahaha also this whole Kennedy business makes me laugh, she was said some shady shit too!!
TBH Trixie should have ripped Shangela's name off before putting it up. I understand that Trixie is a fan favourite, but really there is no reason why she left that part on the note. She should have just said sorry and moved on.
They both had mistakes. 1st, Shangela had the right to be mad but was overreacting, no need to make a big fuss about it because Trixie didnt write it. what was she doing in Trixie's station anyway? 2nd, Trixie made a choice of putting the note on the wall but she wasnt being shady. If she was being shady, she would have placed it on Shangela's station. She hanged it on her own wall because her friends gave her those notes which maybe she reads often to remember them and didnt intend for anyone else to see it, but Trixie also wasnt thinking that anyone could have seen it. Both could also have said sorry and moved on. 3rd, this could have been scripted because nothing is real in reality TV. 4th, There is nothing racist about defending someone's side which you believe is right or had a better reasoning because no matter the race or color, a bitch will always be a bitch.
Avery Jelks I’m not sure if you know but that was her plan on season 7. That was her audition character. They let her on the show but they told her she couldn’t bring it on the show or even mention her plan to do it. It’s dark humor not everyone gets it I guess
Sean MacGuire There’s a difference in dark humor and trauma. Making comedy out of personality type is one thing, however, when you move forward and tiptoe into the territory of culture and no it’s not a joke.
@@SherlockHom3boy y’all always say “there’s a difference between dark humor and ___”.. no there isn’t. Somehow the definition of dark humor always changes for whatever narrative people want to support. That’s not even super bad dark humor. But yes that is the definition of dark humor. Anything that is meant to be offensive in some way is dark humor. It’s not in some separate category bc it’s related to trauma. Her audition was also very funny as Anne frank
ummm no, this is how shangela functions in competitions, she starts drama out of thin air. Trixie can read a hoe down and be really cutting but she never instigates drama that's why she and katya are best friends
this is just classic shangela tho tbh. trixie would probably have ignored a note like that if it were about her because she doesn't like drama the way shangela does.
1. Trixie crossed shangelas name out. 2. Trixie never intended to show shangela the note, she had only kept it for the positive side of the message. 3. Shangela shouldn't be in other's people stations/stuff. 4. Trixie tried to stop the arguement from going farther by not only ripping out the negative message but also telling her to leave the station.
she has TWO notes up on the wall next to HER station, written by OTHER people.. if one of their notes through shade at shangela.. that really has nothing to do with Trixie. if she was being shady.. she would put the note on shangelas station... it’s just shangela making it about herself when it’s clearly not. bye
@James Chris Yes it is about Shangela. Did Thorgy give the note to Trixie? Yes. Yeah it's true that she didn't have to show Shangela the note, she didn't have to hang it up on the wall either
Kareem griffin but because she DID take it that way it IS dramatic, that’s how being dramatic works (taking things the wrong way) don’t get me wrong shangela is great, but I agree with trixie on this
Yeah we do. However the video is clearly suggesting Trixie is trying to be shady when Shangela is being dramatic and shady. I love Trixie and Shangela but I definitely agree with Trixie that Shangie shouldn't have gone so overboard about it.
Actually in this case, she did think it through. It's easy to miss, but she says that to she actually had put the note underneath another note so that it couldn't just be read like that. Shangela (or someone) had to move the top note in order for it to even be visible in the first place.
this is the only time like ever that Shangela has annoyed me. the only time. I was kinda like “girl...relax.” in my opinion, she kinda blew it outta proportion.
"Trixie Mattel throws some serious shade by proudly presenting a note from Thorgy Thor that insults Shangela." *HAHAHAHAHAHAH THAT'S FUNNY TELL ANOTHER ONE*
@@randominoh I would not care, some eliminates queen wrote something shady and gave to another person who put the Worte behind another note. This is probably completely scripted and Shangela was playing it up.
Jenny-Thal Harpies probably jus being nosey & saw da note hanging read it, saw her name & wanted to bring it to everyone's attention...LOL. not to mention they are in close quarters..
not ya’ll trying to justify this and saying shangela was exaggerating.... she was literally like “hu... interesting” and shut Trixie down when she tried defending hanging it up. And this is coming from a Trixie stan lol
she was exaggerating 💀 the note was covered up with another note and shangela decided to go snooping around in another contestants work station which in itself is so disrespectful. she’s the one who probably uncovered it.
im sorry but Shangie is a human, and competition or not, you dont know what happened BTS that made Shangie autmotically react like this. she could have been deeply hurt by what that paper meant, so not everyone, not even miss Shangela as well, are this perfect people that dont get hurt like that
How is this about Trixie vs Shangela? Thorgy wrote it, get mad at her. I love Thorgy outside of DragRace but everytime she was in the Werk Room I was just sooo annoyed by her
Context. This is a misleading headline and description as anyone who actually watched the programme would notice. Why instigate hate like this? Unsubscribed, was here for the comedy, leaving from the hate..
Some of y’all drag race fans are misguided and quick to judge a situation without ✨context✨ It is a REALITY TV COMPETITION SHOW. A lot of these things are scripted, heavily edited, and situations staged. Ask these queens what they think about it now and the answer will be the same. Stans are different than fans, stop generalizing a fandom on either side, and take a step back and evaluate yourself before you evaluate ONE scene. There are some folks in this fandom that are beyond extra and toxic. Stop it. A lot of these comments did not age well.
I agree. The more I hear about Thorgy, the more I dislike her. I'm late but I just saw Bob's interview with New York about how Thorgy went to hug Bob after she won season 8, but then she slapped Bob. That's not even funny.
That note was shady period. Especially after what thorgy wrote to to Shangela on the mirror. Trixie could have kept that note hidden or taken Shangela’s name off. Simple.
@@slamgrams11_16 that part of the wall is a shared space you cant blame shangela for noticing it also, trixie should have done what she did right now which is cut out the shangela part of the notr
I love Trixie/ Tracey but she was in the wrong. Everyone is in everyone's work station at some point or another as part of how they socialize, and if someone has something messy on the wall for public view they should be called out on it. And, if you've really been watching drag race you would already know Trixie has been called out for how she treats people so much you can't say she doesn't know any better. She really didn't care about how Shan felt, knowing she would be able to see it. I say she should have remove Shan's name before she put it up to avoid drama!
Ok, I love Shangela, but GIRL! This is one of those moments where you just don't think something fully through and you just wanted to make everyone happy. Shangela is overreacting.
