@X91X-km7hp : It is a private business that is open to the public. There is no expectation of privacy. Learn the law. They could however ask someone to leave the business but that is it.
Costco is a private business and can technically ask anybody to stop recoding if they wanted to even if they are police as long as there’s a possibility that other customers may be recoded inadvertently.
