In this video, I install the BC-Products Trolling Motor Servo Steering Kit on a 12V 36lb thrust Newport Vessels transom mount trolling motor. I had previously replaced the 5F/3R stock speed selector switch in the trolling motor with a Hobbywing Quicrun 880 ESC speed controller in the head section. The throttle and steering functions are controlled by a wireless HOTRC DS-600 joystick and receiver.

But it looks like your 880 provides enough power for both the drive motor and your big servo. The only advantage of the second esc is I can crank down the speed with programming.
