Nice vídeo and nice comparing, i had a JBL Boombox 2 and now have a JBL Charge 5, i´m going to sold it and already bought the Tronsmart Bang MAX for 170€, i´m from Portugal.
Bb3 has more punchy sound on less 60% volume, tronsmart does it even over 85% and the fact that you can personalize the EQ, it's a plus, plus the mic inputs anf the battery life, and lastly, the price, tronsmart wins
Miałem boombox 1 i teraz mam boombox 3. Szczerze? Uważam to za dobry zakup i teraz planuję zakup drugiego, by grały w stereo.
its closed to boom box. but you didn't try to press the sound pulse which is tronsmart signature amp. but anyways its a good match for me i don't know to others, thank you for the comparison sir ill buy that comming soon 🤗
I mentioned in the video that I'm not too wild about the Soundpulse EQ. It's nice to have, but custom EQ is great so each person can set the speaker to their own ears.😉 I did cycle through the preset EQ options for the Bang Max in my Tailgater Secial vid and will go into them more in-depth in my upcoming Bang Max review.
The Tribit Stormbox Blast is $146 on Amazon US right now. I'm waiting for that next gen speaker that can outperform the Blast at that price and not have ugly LEDs. The new Skullcandy Barrel XT has the LEDs I like but can it really go head to head with the Blast?
@@JaysStraightUpReviews Hell yeah it's pretty epic video. Just seeing those 3 blasters lined up together is impressive. I gave it a thumbs up but didn't put a comment yet.
I am a jbl fan but as you say ,how much do we pay for a speaker, but i don't know if you have notice but the passive on the jbl are u shape in the curve of the rubber, so offer less friction ,so you hear more bass i find on the tronsmart there is pritty much no sound would be better ported or sort out there passive's , or you would loose the IP rating , love your bids as like to see whats out there
No software or firmware will save the sound if it is not originally included in it by the manufacturer of the amplifier chip, and by updating and not just simply improving the equalizer settings
Tronsmart has a harsh sound on the highs frequencies and it's a more forward sound. The boombox sounds with a wider soundstage, has a good quality of highs and a fuller sound. The Tronsmart seems to go better in open spaces.
A lot of people think the Boombox 3 has harsh highs at high volume. The nice thing on the Bang Max is the EQ allows you to tweak the sound to what YOU like. I do agree, as I mentioned in the video, that the Boombox 3 has a more open sound (wider sound stage).
@@JaysStraightUpReviews Yeah. The harsh sound is true in Boombox 2 and 1, specially at high volumes, but not on BB3. The Tronsmart is a good option for the value we pay.
All those statements is actually false. The Boombox is way louder outdoors, this has to do with the boosted 8k-9000, the Boombox 2 is wayy to bright but not as loud as you saying harsh. The Boombox 2 has some treble issues and pumping issues where the volume is compressing in outdoor open fields. This only fixes in latest firmware for the Boombox 2. But when instock the Boombox 2 does live you wanting more also sound wayy to bright. It can get earpiercing indoors.
BB3 is still one of the best portable speaker in term of sound quality, period. The other if not scooped mids then it would be rough treble, even on partybox series.
In general, sound systems of this form factor do not have to expect super high-quality sound, this is almost impossible via bluetooth channels, no matter what the codecs are, naturally this is not some kind of high-end FP
The Boombox 3 is overall better to me, but it costs $500. The Bang is a really nice speaker for less than 1/3rd the price. Just depends on how much you want to spend. I think $500 for the Boombox 3 is over-priced.
@@JaysStraightUpReviews Got it, thank you for the sharing information. If I don't think about the price, which one of the loud volumes that you think is better? I need the higher volumes for outdoor
Great Great speaker battle!!! Does your tronsmart bang max distort in the bass at all? I'm very interested in this speaker but i saw on another reviewers channel and his was distorting pretty bad
I never really had any distortion issues. Now if you crank up the bass in the app EQ I guess it could pose a problem, but in the videos I made with it there was never any real issues like that.
