Ever since I sold the body, hands, feet, and tail for Trooper to a friend of mine I've wanted to turn her back into a full suit. But after her initial "death" via hot car, I didn't know if I would ever bring the character back. The head sat in a tote for over a year, untouched, until I took a night and stripped the fur off, reconstructed the base, and revamped the head, keeping the original fur and ears. Head anew it was time for the body. I still wanted that cute shepherd charm yet change her up from her original tan and black tradition. Reaching into the furs I had a design started to form. I kept the chevron theme that appears in Pizzawolf and Scout, and gave her the newest style of digitigrade padding I offered.
She made her debut at Anthrocon 2013 and was greatly accepted, bouncing from one room to the next and rocking the dance floor.
She features:
~A foam/balaclava head from late 2009/early 2010 (reFURbished) with following eyes and a moving jaw.
~ Double stitched and serged bodysuit with sewn in lower leg padding and removable thigh padding.
~Silicone pads and resin claws on hands, parade sole feet.
~ Detatchable hands, feet, and tail.
~Suit is 100% washable.
~Collar with custom "Trooper" dog tag.
~Over 10 different furs used, including a short pile on the belly and inner thigh to help with the heat.
She's my official dance suit and my main mate for Pizza until my actual fursona is made. In the meantime though Keep an eye on this cutie as she's sure to be at MFF and many more cons to follow!
