Trooper that died in the line of duty honored 

A beloved state trooper who died in the line of duty has been presented with the New York State Liberty Medal - the highest award given by the state Senate. Trooper Tim Pratt was helping a lost trucker, when he was hit and killed on Ballard Road in Wilton in October 2016.
