@@spikeprotein5924 That is abit misleading, Norway's sovereign wealth fund isn't exactly just ''up for grabs'' like that, as it's not like it's some number in a bank account that can be checked out whenever, most of it sits in stocks around the world. As far as I know, the Norwegian government is only allowed to take out small amounts each year that would translate to cash, like... 2% or something. This is of course regulated by the Norwegian government themselves, as they have decided these rulesets and have the ability to alter them in times of need, but there are numerous security systems in play to prevent a situation like you mentioned. Again, it's not like getting your hands on a set of keys and being able to open a safe, if this had been the case, in this case... The safe would then have been empty when opened.
@@spikeprotein5924 I don't see how ''sanctions'' have anything to do with what you said, I am just trying to tell you the facts of what you first stated, that things just does not work that way. It's not like the Norwegian government could decide tomorrow to ''empty'' the fund if they wanted, because they wouldn't be able to do it. Most of it aren't in actual money, able to be digitaly transfered and left alone... in physical cash. Most of it is INSIDE companies and organisations around the globe in form of stocks. But this will be the last you hear from me, because I don't see any reason to try to correct or teach you something when you just straight up refuse to listen to facts and come at me with some random answer that had nothing to do with the coversation to appear as if you know what you are talking about, instead of just admitting to yourself that you as every other human being is able to make mistakes, and that you just might have happened to be wrong.
