Tropico 6 Walkthrough: Penultimo of the Caribbean - [Mission 1] - Episode 2 

This mission shouldn't be too tricky, hopefully this little playthrough might give you some ideas. I believe in order to get liberty happiness up you need media sources, like Radio/Television. Food happiness I think just comes from providing food to everyone and a variety of food sources. So try to grow all the various kinds of foods the island will support!

@@KRX_ yeah I'm going to try again today, I have Every type of food and Meat,but the food happiness didn't increase. You gave some great tips though about sharing increasing budgets and upgrading. So I will try that. :)

Yeah I don't know either. But I watched your gameplay while playing and it would not allow me to upgrade to deckhands ever. I'm disappointed cause I don't want to play the game anymore

Seems like an odd thing to quit a game over. There are many ways to complete this mission, it doesn't require following my steps. This is the first non-tutorial mission. It should be somewhat forgiving. Although there is no reason to waste time doing something you're not enjoying! Good luck.

@@dylanroberts969 Deck hands are an upgrade for the teamster-port, not the little Dock for people and tourists. Hope that helps :)
