Trouble Maker Class 3 Rapid on the American River. Chili Bar run. 

I got thrown out of the raft on a class 3 Rapid. Not going to lie. It was scary as hell. But I did as instructed in such an event and rolled over onto my back and feet first. At the end you see a guide from another raft throw me a line and then my raft comes up from behind and Scotty our guide pulls me in. My butt hit a rock at one point but otherwise was fine.
