The names of two hacks with the fridge were Dumb and Dumber. Even after 8 years, you won't be able to turn 💩 into 🍬.

A few months ago one of my A/C air handlers lost power. The breaker wasn't tripped so I thought this was odd. I reset the breaker anyway and also the breaker on the A/H. No change. I pulled the breaker panel and had 240v at the breaker. I put the wires on another 240v breaker and still no power. I was stumped. I tied the wires together at the A/H and checked for continuity at the panel which I had. For a minute thinking outside the box maybe an animal in the attic chewed the wires but didn't cause them to short but obviously that was not the case. It was a Sunday. Even though it made no sense I went to HD to pick up another breaker because what else could it be? OTW to HD I remembered we have a whole house generator and the A/C's go through load sheds. hmmmm I still bought the breaker and went home. I opened the load shed and found a contactor. This contactor is the opposite of an A/C contactor in that it's normally closed. It would pull in when energized and be open. With no power it was closed so it seemed to be working. When energized I had no power on the load side. hmmm I bypassed it and my power was restored. My generator is under warranty so I called them. A tech called me back and told me they had a recall on these load sheds for a defective board doing exactly what mine was doing. He told me instead of bypassing the wires I could have pulled a connector off the control board. They have a new board and they would be out during the week to replace it. I put the wires back and removed the connector from the board and that also fixed it. As promised they came out and replaced the board under warranty. The point is I spent hours thinking the wires go from the panel to the A/H and it had me stumped until I remembered the load sheds. I am a DIY guy and automotive locksmith by trade. This isn't what I do but using common sense and sometimes thinking outside the box is required. This video will also help me think outside the box when obvious things aren't obvious any more.

Hi Sir, When charging Refrigerator with r600 using needle valve charge, and knowing the backpressure is less than zero at the fully charged, Do you think that atmosphere pressure will press down the needle , and let the air goes inside the fridge if we didn’t but the cap on? Thanks

How come he did not have a valve in the dryer. Did he not replaced that. Remember that someone taught me how to diagnose a microwave by listening. Which should remain nameless. 😂.
