Thank you for these videos. You've helped me fix multiple problems on my appliances. You've saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for providing this. As many others have noted- you are a great teacher.
I have a refrigerator like the black one,the fan stopped and the box below was not getting above temp 48. It is old so I don't want to put money in it right now,I can't buy a new one. So I have this saying you can fix anything with duct tape or wd 40 . I sprayed a little on the fan plugged it back in,it worked like a dream. Yayyyy
New subscriber, These videos are a life saver, I went to work for a company which I’ll keep nameless although they are the biggest in the industry (hint) Training was let’s just say lacking, I can come here and learn more in 4 hours than I’ve been taught there in 6 months, need a decent job so I’ll stick with it but I feel more confident knowing now what i have heard senior techs not know the answer to. Thank you guys!
@@richardzilka8151 Richard One: I didn’t even catch the name haha sorry Two: I’m in Tennessee , but would very much in the future love to move to Florida in fact this exact thing has been discussed - we just have a few things to take care of first , maybe in the next couple years though. And I thank you so much for the offer. Please give me contact info in some way.
Overcharge is usually evident by the suction line to the compressor frosting up, or excessive sweating on the suction line. On that note it would need to be checked for defrost problem first. This could make similar signs.
Wouldn't u c frost to ice on suction line to Compressor on a undercharged unit b/c of drop in temp n pressure. Overcharged unit showing frost ? I have seen sweating on overcharged unit.
Whats the way to clean the system thoroughly. Of any restriction be it oil or Moisture. Use nitrogen Change filter and vacuum? I have a fridge where the condenser is too hot and the compressor too. Cannot even touch it for a feel.
If Samung inverter compressor control board output 10v for the damper control, but the damper motor requires 12v dc . Is it enough to make motor run? Does it mean control board is bad? Thank you.
if you have frost down close to the compressor it usually means system is overcharged . or evaporator is completely iced over..but this scenario is less likely if the system is properly charged
