DNP wcm1 and wcm2 are terrible. Connection lost all the time and the wcm2 is sitting directly on printer. Even tried ethernet to help. Wcm2 interface portal is junk. Keeps freezing/shutting off and disconnecting. I’ve reached out what seems like millions of times to DNP. Zero response. Can’t even find what software/firmware because the portal says I’m not connected to internet but I’ve tried 3 different sources and still nothing. DNP wcm1-wcm2 are junk. I wish the dnp qw410 had direct connect to ipad with accessory. Wireless printing is a nightmare at wedding events.
@@JoshyBoyEdit1 good luck cuz it’s a nightmare. Building interference (old electrical, old wiring, cell phone usage etc etc) all plays apart. Works great in a new building with only 100 guests. But the minute you are in an older venue with guests forget about it. Freezes, stops all together. Over and over again. I am now having to save photos when this happens to my iPad used to take the actual photo and print as it comes back up. I’ve been chasing the guests down like prey lol. Otherwise if email is ok, I have them enter that within the photobooth software then connect to internet once home and send them. But obviously… the reason to buy a printer is so guests can print right there. And iPads don’t allow for direct connect to get around this dongle stuff… so we ordered and now have a magic mirror photobooth with a hiti printer which directly connects!!! Bye bye DNP products never again.
@@JoshyBoyEdit1 purchased after buying the first wcm dongle. Crap. Sent back and tried the wcm2 and still crap. I gave up. It’s building interference/congestion you will get it in all dongles. Nightmare.
Wow. this product is exactly the same as Air Cast Pro. even the interface is exactly the same. I believe they have copiedAirCastPro. At least you don't have any problems with AirCastPro. Its the old story though if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. If you are selling a quality service then get quality gear. Word of mouth is the best advertising and if you don't perform through shoddy equipment then what is the point of performing this service. Its like a bad tv reception, you get crapped off with it and switch
