Я уже запереживал, что разборка-сборка не на песке сидя на корточках. Ан нет все в порядке - промыл узел водой, не просушил как следует и собрал на старых деталях.

They probably didn't want to ruin new bearings by hammering them in, so they just ruined the old bearings instead. Half of the world runs on crap like that.

Oh my god, would you please stop beating ball bearing on and off with a hammer. IT DESTROYS THEM! It reduces the bearing life by a large margin. It puts ball indentation in the races so the bearing pounds when rotating causing spalling in a short time, which is pretty much the end of the bearing. You can tell a bearing that have been hammered on right away by the loud hum sound given off when rotating.
torque wrench is bullshit. I like how they put in the baerings. Nobody in Germany repairs such things. We are all environmentalists and safe our country. Throw your broken things away and buy new. That´s the real bullshit. Good luck to the workers all over Pakistan. And there is no woman, knowing everything better.

"they don't have this tool or that tool" "they are doing it wrong" These guys fix stuff you would just replace with a new part, these trucks go out on roads that make a goat path look like a super highway. they are getting it done. You all can sit back in your garage with your $8000 cabinets and 30k worth of tools.
