We had a slayfest on the trout out at Lake Roosevelt. We were in search of the elusive giant Kokanee that roam the area. Unfortunately we couldn’t keep the trout off long enough to ever find any kokes this trip. We will get them next time.

Haha, that was a very busy boat! The bows seemed off the hook this winter. Size was the same but numbers seemed a lot better than past years.

On top, any weight at all? Didn't see any on line. How far back were you? Thanks for video, headed there in April

Depending on what dodger you run no weight. If your dodger isn’t heavy enough to go under the surface you could add 1/4-3/4 oz weight if needed. Back anywhere from 80 to 150ft.

Just curious do the fish still bite this time of year? I'm new to WASHINGTON state. Beautiful here and all the water I'm dying to get out and cast a line. Great video.

Trout fishing is good into the spring and then I will transition over to walleye soon.
