been watching a ton of your videos, and im amazed at the quality of fish you pull out of these seemingly unsuspecting waters. I might have to see if any of my local waters here in York have anything close to that, since the largest trout ive heard of on my local creek thats been caught was at 19in but this was nearly 20 years ago and since then biggest ive seen was barely over 10.

Lol…… you don’t always catch them on your first outing but once you find out that a stream has good sized fish, all it takes is putting it in the time & then just good old 🤐🤐🤐 to keep them there….. Haha👌😁
That trout at 18:11 awesome looking. Ya know sometimes its not the biggest we ever caught but atleast in my experiences on wild browns my shorter ones sometimes i remember more either cuz they were scarred up or just have great colors proportions beak etc etc. I dont remember my longest ones as much as a shorter one with character my two longest although pb. Were bland compared to some smaller ones. There all good though. But size doesnt motivate me. But the hunt does. Good fishing keep em coming .

I got into a couple of nice holes on Easter weekend and got into 25 or so ! Great looking browns again buddy! Tight lines

I’ve actually been preferring the 500 series Shimano’s the last few years….. I’ve ran the Nasci clear down to the $30 models….. something about the gear ratio on the Shimano that gets the spinner spinning faster! 👌
@@chasingthewildwithdustyrho2620 wow! I used to run shimano Stradics on my bass reels before going to all Abu Garcia for bass reel. Trout wise I run Pflueger President XT’s and they’re great for the money at $80. Glad to hear shimano is making better sub $100 reels
Thanks man….. it’s just a 5’ Ultralight which I customize by snapping the front section off making it 4’5”….. has more backbone for flip casts & hooksets on giants than the stock 4’6” ultralight 👌🤙

This particular video was pre-streamer lol…. I’m sitting on content from clear back in early 2020 so I’ll be putting out some videos that were pre-net & pre-barb pinch & pre-second GoPro…. It’s all about growth as an angler & when I look back I see that I have! 👌🤙😁
If you’re fishing down stream you’re probably spooking half of the fish already but if you’re fishing upstream like I do, when you step into the water and that current takes your sediment upstream or a “back toe” that also spooks them! 👌🤙
Well they have so far bud…. Or they just haven’t caught them….. just because they are there doesn’t mean just anyone or everyone can catch them…… I like to refer back to a giant buck living in the woods….. just because there are a fair amount of them out there, doesn’t mean everyone kills them! 👌🤙😁
its your call man....actually EVERYONE can catch them....you just showed them how...you just showed the bridge...my method is a bit diff than yours but we are real similar..cant you see by the comments..what size..what color...ect,,ect...they are your pets and you will lose some of them....i have my pets too....its your call..
