Telling people why they are here and to **** off was pretty big headed and rude . I was watching lots of your vids but your character is off man and you don't need to tell others that shit . Don't let negative comments bring you to be a declaring Karen. We're here to watch... be thankful. To bad it was a good song too but I got told to ** off cause I'm not just here to listen to your self centered crap .. ...disliked your vid for being rude . I had no problems till you assumed why I was watching and said ****off otherwise . Just a thought , grow up
I mean. He's right though. We are here to watch him. It's essentially a reaction channel. Your not here to watch the original video otherwise just fuck off and watch it by yourself.
My relationship to this song changed after this video. Before this video it was "another badass Meshuggah song". Now it's deadlift riff and all I can see in front of me is Craig's face when that riff comes
Saw this a couple of weeks ago……absolutely mind blowing. When he joined Plini back in the day, he was bossing the shit out of the Shuggah covers…he Needs a Fulltime band 💪🏻 Though a 2 day mention..again, a few more beers 🍻 🤣 The Helix Nebula 🤣💪🏻❤️💪🏻🤣 xxxx
His drumming on Handmade Cities is in my top 5 performances of all time. He meshed so well with the style of that album. Groove, heavy, melodic, tasteful. I love it.
@@Belazoth. effortless tekkers on the kit for me. I’m from the lower end of frequency range, when I saw Simon grove on bass…that pretty much made think “I think it’s time to pack the bass away” 🤣
It makes me sad Sabian isn’t treating their artists well enough. We just lost Jay Postones to Meinl the other day. Hope he’s happy, but that cymbal sound is so rooted in my head for him, and so many others. Troy especially is the reason I play the brands I do. Sabian, remo, Pearl. He’s stayed consistent ever since I found him, except for the sticks.
@@donjaun8435 I mean Sabian makes some of the most beautiful cymbals in the world, but it sounds like their business end needs work. They laid folks off over covid citing drops in sales, now theyre claiming all time highs. Turns out they only have like 40 people working there which dumbfounds me
I'd advise against injecting test in the calves, if it crashes, walking will be the most painful thing. Not that I have experience with that or anything....
Omg Craig, I'm so offended, you should really let the artist play and shut up. I'm gatekeeping because I'm an American right wing enthusiast that watches fox news more than I pay attention to my right winged wife... Im totally kidding I love this shit 💜💜🤣
Had to sub, love your content Craig, it's all taking a piss in good fun. Shame some don't get that. If you'd like to check out a really interesting drummer, look up Ken Schalk from Candiria, but look up the older stuff like 300% Density and older. One of my favs. Makes a 4pc kit sound massive.
absolutely. Off the top of my head... who else has THAT GROOVE? Jay Postones maybe, he also did some insane Meshuggah songs at clinics and regularly plays their songs on livestreams
@@Fr3sHxiFn4TiC Travis is a beast, too. Look up "Jay Postones Meshuggah" and you'll find a pretty popular Stengah cover that he played at a clinic and I'm 100% sure there are clips from him playing Bleed and a few other tracks from his Twitch on RU-vid
He was talking about jay postpones as one of the sabian guys leaving asking about Meinl. He just posted and revealed his Meinl set up and I know he’s friends with Craig haha
It’s hard not to consider this song one of my favorites too, and it’s because of that riff you mentioned. Also, doesn’t even need to be said, but no one covers Meshuggah better than Troy. Man makes it look effortless every time.
You may not see this comment Craig but if you do - If you didn't already know, this guy was so close to be Animals' drummer it's not funny! A VISA timing issue for an upcoming Animals tour was the only thing that prevented it from happening!
Watch a few of your videos now. Have to say, you say some weird shit. I found it annoying at first but now makes me laugh alot and you proper know you onions about music and ting.
Hey man, I've been always loyal to Sabian (NOT ENDORSED) because I fucking love their stuff, but can I ask you about Meinl? I fucking hate the "Sabrina" logo.
Hello Creg. I only just discovered they re-released Nothing with better guitars and have been listening to the old version for so long. I’m a little upset. Which version do prefer? You’re great and I love you. Bye Creg XO
