The new backdrop wall looks awesome. It's nice to see you giving the GET motors some attention, especially for people that don't want to do the full GY6 swap.
Great job Bobby Its Definitely Paid Off and looks great brother adding some of that studio quality for Sure. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND LOVING THE PARTS FROM THE RUCK SHOP AS ALWAYS YOU GUYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF US AND WE APPRECIATE IT.
I'm basically doing this exact same project right now except for the new exhaust after my stock engine bracket failed. I'm not very handy so videos like these are a life saver. Thanks, man!
Awesome video! I just got my TRS 9.5'' stretch today. I also have a 2022 Ruckus... Did you have to grind down the pivot bushings on the frame, or just straight up bolt the engine mount as is? I can't wait to install this bad boy!
Just did a quick road test, you ever have the issue of the TRS shock bracket hitting one of the little frame brackets with the threaded 10mm hole for the factory plastic cover?
this stretch seems like a nice amount for the stock look but I know i'd kick myself for having to buy 2 different stretch kits when I finally get wheels haha
Hey what’s good brother, big fan of all of your informative vids. If you’re planning on doing a video about installing and tuning gy6 205cc with KOSO afr kit I have sweet ruck for your channel
The link for everything I did is in the description of the video. Also the stretch kit will tell you if you need anything else in its product description as well. Got you covered
I did all these mods to a 2018 ruckus. i cant seem to find a video on how to tune the carb after the velocity upgrade. direction say supposed the air fuel but its capped off. we are getting 9500 RMP but still not getting to the end of the variator 4gram dr pullies in polini? any help would be greatly appriciated
@@burnoutbobby when i bought the bike it had NCY CDI, Big Gun EVO exhaust. polini variator unknown weights, I added the following after watching your video! TVR intake with 38 idle, 78 main and needle shim, NCY Coil, dr pully sliders 4gram, NCY oil decompresssion tube, reed block off, also bought 5gram but havnt used yet. Order #113819
That big gun will lose power. The header is too big and loses back pressure. Your rpm may be up there but if you don’t have back pressure it doesn’t matter because it won’t have what’s needed to keep a solid power band
Personally everyone I know with a 20mm carb carry’s a screwdriver with them to keep running on the fly. I like the oem carb. I’d try a different pipe like two brothers or yoshi.
The ruck shop sells the correct wheel, hub, hubcap for this setup. It comes in solid dish or oldschool design. They are currently on a big wheel sale too
Also what intake did u install. By the way u get down on what u do brea. If u was local u would be making all my money brotha. Wer u located if u don't mind me asking
