@@Mac1Eleven Curnow had a quiet night. Harry got 1 goal. I think Harry would have been the go. I surprised myself saying that after how he kicked last year.
Amazing how opinions change almost from one week to the next. Swans and Carlton from certain top two to now who knows where? Brisbane gone and now the top team? Bulldogs written off for finals to now being a genuine Premiership threat. Same for Freo. Port were gone and have now become a genuine contender again. Hawthorn from junk to now virtually being the best team to watch. The change of views on coaches have been just as volatile with Bevo, Hinckley and Longmuir previously supposedly receiving their marching orders this year and Voss being lauded for his great coaching ability. These pundits should acknowledge that they got things completely wrong with their strongly worded previous opinions.
Something about the pressure of the moment got to mcgovern. Back when he was on adelaide and drew the game after the siren against the pies. He soaked in the moment and looked confident. Something about having no chance of winning gave him no fears that night but the pressure on his shoulders last night was clearly too much
@@thetraveldrunkwe weren’t soft at the start of the year. look back at the highlights were crashing through collingwood carlton bulldogs tackles and contests. richmond was an outlier. pressure dropped against freo and there on out, bar bisbane and north, we can’t win a contest
Sydney are a team of runners. No forward line and an attacking back line that are not great one on one. The best teams simply cut the avenues out of defence and protect the space behind the ball. That stops Sydney’s run. They start bombing it into their forward line after that.
There is no jeopardy for the Blues and the great Michael Voss. The Swans haven't won v Port in Adelaide for nearly a generation. A bit hyperbolic for sure but Paul Roos was the bane of my existence once upon a time so I notice these things. Look at GWS v Hawks for real meaning.
I love how Carlton fans never cease to celebrate too soon. Last year when they won the semi final they celebrated like they won a grand final and this year when they were second they were touting this year as the year of their premiership lol
As a pies fan...that would be awesome! Can't see my team making it or really doing too much if they do. Right now the bulldogs and power are playing the best by far!
@scottllewellyn8221 yes it is? yknow how huge it is for Collingwood to win that game. it's pendles 400th that's a huge milestone. I was expecting port to flog Sydney anyway because they got destroyed by bulldogs. while 112 points wasn't exactly expected I did expect port to win by at least 60
@scottllewellyn8221 bro Sydney were falling off 😭😭😭 it was so obvious that port were gonna flog them. pendles is gonna be the last 400 gamer for ages and one of the greats in the game it's a massive story especially when they're trying to stay alive for finals it's a big win. just say you hate Collingwood
Sydney fans when sydney won 12 games "why dont yous ever talk about sydney more than 2 minutes their on top of the ladder for a reason" Sydney fans, after the month theyve had "crickets chirping"
@papleylivesrentfreeinurhead Don't waste your words, your simple and well made point will be far too difficult to comprehend for posters like the above.
Why would he move from an inexperienced but tough team to the softest team in the league……to play alongside toughies like Nick Martin and Dylan Shiels. 😂😂
I dont support carlton or collingwood but it would have been a travesty if carlton won. Certainly not the "real deal" you pundits keep dribbling about.
