It literally said most companies replant 5 trees for every 1 tree, which is where the onceler went wrong, he can cut the tree, but he should have replanted, which he didn't.

Yeah we humans just make it worse we keep overdoing things because of our rising population because of teen parents and because of a big population we need a lot of things and our population made it worse

I understand the message the book is trying to convey and why an explanation is needed, it's just... wouldn't Guardbark, the guardian of trees, already know all about trees?? Also, considering it has a "connection" with the trees or something, would it know new trees are being planted?
Both the Lorax and Truax have valid arguments in their messages on one hand it’s true that we should preserve the environment…but on the other hand progress will always come at a cost…and now I have an Idea for a book of my own. 9:20 🤔
i dont know how i feel about the message being told in truax. sure SOME tree company's try to take care of the environment but there are still plenty of them who are blinded by money like the oncelar. it could convince kids that all tree company's are good which would be terrible since they might start trusting random wood company's and cut down trees without them getting replaced.

At least in the US, there are, on average, more trees being planted than being cut down. Forest cover has actually increased over the last century. Truax is right in that regard. However, in many other places, deforestation is a massive problem, and the Lorax is more accurate. So both are right.

yeah there is. If Truax is about how wood cutters are actualy helping the enviroment and not just destroying it and that companies aren't always inherantly evil then Falseax is basicly would be anything that' propoganda that sais that it's rong for us to take anything from nature at all or wrong to make money or have jobs, or cut down tree's for any reason. or maybe in another direction falseAX could also be the oppisite of the Loreax aswell, daring to say that nothing wrong could ever come from explointg nature and that you should never be afraid of oveer cutting or taking as much as you want. either way would be the oppisite of what bot hthe Lorax and the Truax stand for. Because TrueAx and Lorax both care about nature, it's just that The Trueax also cares about people just as much as nature. So if there was a falseax it would be a Half truth. Then again the Lorax is the magical creature the Truax is the company So perhaps the FalseAx is quite simply a virtue signaler trying to get popular by demonizing companies just trying to do their job and claiming their destroying the enviroment whiles hypocriticaly destroying the enviroment in their own way.

yeah man no need to cut down the trees if your not even gonna use the wood. that's like cutting down apple trees for the apples when you could just let them stand and produce more apples. Truax seems to make a better point however, but the Lorax does atleast show us what happens when you dont' care. If anything the 2 books kind of work well side by side, the Truax represented those who are more conservative and think about how to give back as much as take, while in the Lorax it's a lesson about those who don't make comprimises or wise choices but just go charging forward and progressing until you wind up regressing instead, Proper progression requires balance, that's why conservatism isn't anti Progressive it's a balance to it. Kind of like needing a stearing wheel that can turn either direction rather than just spin you in circles.
Bruh the onceler should hav put a bag/sack over the tufts and then pull the sack/bag with the tufts and then no one would have problems but then again there would be no story and no children would learn how much nature was important
they are trying to say that they plant more trees than they grow, they are also sustainable (because wood is recyclable and renewable) and that they are not evil that is what i gathered from the simplification of this video
Ok it depends how you look at it in Lorax it shows what happens if people ether forget or don’t replant trees and to not get greedy and Truax shows what happens on the opposite side
