This week I headed out to a State Forest Campground in North Central Minnesota. I brought the Engwe Ebike and hit the forestry trails. I also tried a new cooking technique over the campfire on a tomahawk steak. It was the perfect weekend. I want to thank everyone who reached out to me last week. I had gone two weeks without making a video. I cannot express how grateful I was that people were concerned with not seeing me. I had a great weekend with the family on Easter. unfortunately, the next week, my dog Hannah, my best friend, passed away. I could not find the energy to make a video.
This week I'm back and Mandi is going along. I'm thankful you are following along with us. Ill see you down the road.
