The guy removing the lugs needs a larger bar/cheater pipe. No need to jump on it (which can cause injury). Conserve your energy -- use more mechanical advantage. Doing this all day long would wear you out without the right tools.
@@EddieLeal sure a set of big steel jack stands would be the best thing but many many people have used blocks of good hard wood for this. Those wooden blocks are about the LEAST unsafe thing they might use during their daily routines, lol
Weird how they have greased packed hubs on their heavy trucks rather than oil filled. Also love how they try and throw as many leaves as they can possibly fit on the springs, like it's gonna make overloading it any better. I feel like most of the repairs you see on this side of the world are caused by greed. These operators would rather overload the hell out of their trucks and end up with costly catastrophic failures, rather than loading them properly and performing proper maintenance. It might seem like you'll make more money from having a bigger load, but it'll always cost you more time and money in the long run.
Кто нибудь обьясните этим пассажирам что ТО ступице не делают, в чём смысл помыть подшипник и поставить обратно, запороть не текущий сальник ступичный и потом поставить новый,
still hear comment about health and safety...all negative stuff. These boys do the best they can with what they have got....I have also made comment that their help only yesterday would have been welcomed.2 of us versus trailer suspension ...all modern cordless tools. I have no doubt these boys would have done the job in half the time.
This poor guy doesn’t even have a clean rag or a can of spray solvent or gloves. Also not sure why he is doing any of this. They don’t ever seem to do any scheduled preventative maintenance, so what was the problem? Was the seal leaking? Can we send them some money to buy gloves?
They have money for gloves but won't use them. With gloves u can not work fast enough and diesel is the best solvent. , He was probably replacing the bearing. These trucks run overloaded. If they are rated for 30ton and oparators load them 40-50ton. So they do some preventative maintenance to not have wheels coming out in middle of highway. That could result in a massive fine or huge bribe
What a dirty liquid he is using to clean the accessories, taking out grease from the parts with equally dirty hands, cleaner or any other cleaning agent is not very costly, they need proper training.
its gasoline, it works awesome on grease. The fresh fuel he used later in the pan will become that sloppy mess we see here at the beginning after he uses it a few more times. Training isnt their problem because they actually look really skilled , what they do lack is funding!!
