7:34 After years of doing this, it still surprises you. For folks who don't know these things are moving 30MPH and we are panning with our cameras expecting that rate of speed. When it goes south quick, it takes us a split second to catch up with the action. It happens to the best of us. Great work EEP crew!
Looks like it was the “ one that was forgot to tighten “, very funny to watch but expensive to fix🤪💥 💨 When the engine mount comes undone, the engine will surely dismount 😂
Love these video's never watched before but sad for the owners after all the work and money that must have been put in to these tractors and not forgetting the love of the sport as well, thanks for sharing these moments!
5:30 dude might broke his personal record with a runnaway diesel through the pull LOL - well not his fault you just can recognize it after releasing the load ^^ 6:03 feels the quality of US cars to me XD
Aw shucks, who needs TWO tires on the front anyway. And, um, are we supposed to be able to SEE your pistons? Nothing RUNS like a Deere?? More like Nothing EXPLODES like a Deere !
Alex, I get it...I know exactly what you're thinking...knowing how an engine operates...then watching one fail SO badly that it actually divorces itself from the vehicle lol...mind boggling.
there's a channel called Power Driven Diesel...worth a look as you can share there pain and it gives you an insight in to why they engines blow the blocks and heads off and split themselves in half......main thing is over 200 psi boost and they don't produce power till 4000 RPM... Nice collection of footage.
I see it now !!!!........As the $1,000,000 tractor pulls the sled, the guy on the sled pushes the weight forward until the $1,000,000 tractor becomes a $35.00 tractor !!!!!
7:40 spent his whole family’s life savings and two years of their spare time for a chance at the big time .uncle Jed forgot to tighten engine mounts .john Deere ohhhhh Deere
This seems to be the most expensive sport for the least distance covered. You get 5 seconds of power followed by a massive explosion and end up with parts that are melted. I can’t see how this sport ever caught on. Some of those tractors start of looking so beautiful it just seems a shame that their life span is about a hundred feet.
FARMER TAKES HIS JOHN DEERE TRACTOR IN TO SHOP ON MONDAY. JOHN DEERE SHOP REPAIR MECHANIC: HOW DID THIS HAPPEN FARMER: I CAN'T EXPLAIN IT. I WAS JUST PULLING THIS PLOW AND I HEARD THIS BANG. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY RIGHT.
I live in the San Francisco bay area for several years now the truck and tractor pulls do not come out this way, I really miss them. The only explanation I got was the Midwest farmers, that run these tractors, prefer to run them closer to home. When they run them out here in California, if they forget to bring something there finished. I would like to see the truck and tractor pulls come to California, but economically is not feasible. I checked with the promoters, and they say they tried to get the truck and tractor pulls out here. But they could not get enough participants for a good show.
