I believe that uploading all your certificates for any education you have had prior to your masters application is helpful.And as far as I know SIUC don’t require transcript evaluation for the comm program however I recommend checking with the graduate program director to ensure that nothing has changed.Do this and let me know if you have any other questions.I’m happy to help!
