I know I am about 12 months late but I gotta agree that you have got a lovely soothing voice and tell a good yarn to fall asleep to. You and let’s read ( both you are American) have the voices and skills to have me listening to the stories for entire night’s. Especially the paranormal stuff. So glad I found you on you tube.

#1 - Always cracks me up when the OP describes Denton TX as a "small town",, with a population of 140,000, Denton is opposite of a small town

I think people are comparing it to a "big city". Los Angeles has 4 million people. 140k IS small to most city folk, so while it's not small to those of us who know what a small town is, I think it probably is small to a lot of people reading the stories lol.

@@RavenReads thank you so much. I got my dad to recap a very poignant experience some 70 years ago with a home made ouija. Damn good story involving my 8 year old dad, 16 year old aunt and their 1st cousin among some others. At the very least I need to get that noted down asap as I have no one else left to ask. Need to do speech to text and tidy it up. Please give me a kick in the proverbial. If you don't hear from me on this story within the week. 👍🤓🥰

Hey, Raven. Love your vids. Love your voice. Love your 'intro humming', (reminds me of Doctor Who - The Tennant-Piper years. The 'Bad Wolf' story line). Anyway, I recently voted on your poll 'Music or Rain or choice'. Well, your voice + rain + coffee (with a shot of J.D.) = Complete comfort. Just so y'know. Cool!i live 15 minutes away from old alton bridge! Got to check it out,my coworker told me one her highschool friends was found dead under the bridge in 2018 police said it was suicide but who knows..Oak Point tx!in the house!!!Hi Raven!

It also depends on the perspective of the person writing, too. I mean, coming from a place like LA with nearly 4 million people, a city of 130k might feel like a little town. Ya know? But I get you. I'm from the Pacific Northwest originally and sometimes I read stories about places I know and I'm like "Um....weird take...but..sure. I guess." lol. *shrug* I'm just here for the stories. If it's a good story, I'll read it lol. But yeah, sometimes I wonder if people chose a different place for anonymity but didn't bother looking anything up LOL.

Uhh, Denton is a town. It is the county seat of Denton County. Little, not so much, population of around 300,000. Yes, just north of DFW.
