Can't go wrong with Tarantino as the writer and Tony Scott as the director ;) One of the best movies they have both been involved in.

@LordMalice6d9 11 месяцев назад
@@johanselvag8396 Tarantino is a much better writer than he is a director. If it had been Tarantino who directed True Romance instead of Tony, I do not think it would be regarded as a classic film that it is regarded as now.

As Tarantino has said himself the fact the Scililan doesn't kill this film stone dead is testament to how great the rest of it is. The cast is just incredible. From Gary Oldman to Brad Pitt to James Gandolfini even though they're hardly for more than a combined total of 15 minutes of screen time. Yet you remember them so much. The soundtrack is perfect as well. Just a brilliant film and I'm glad Tony Scott took it on from QT's script, totally made it his own film with his style but stayed true to what Tarantino's story was but crucially added a happy ending! One of my favourite ever films 10/10

@natalie8212
@natalie8212 4 года назад
@@BetaniaAllen Wow, NO kidding. Seriously. He wrote this and Natural Born Killers, but Oliver Stone directed NBK. There's a _whole_ backstory about how Tarantino tried to get in the way of it's production by suing Jane Hamsher and Don Murphy (the producers of NBK). There is a book by Jane as well, which is a must for fans of that movie. That's also why the song "Sweet Jane" is on the soundtrack. I'll say it, Tarantino can write a good story, and at times is a really good director. But as his ego inflates, his relatability and likeability decrease. I can't stand the guy.
