@@HowardMcCain99 Also, I have found a way to reverse the spin on the tomahawk serve, which I vary. It causes havoc for opponents who are accustomed to the serve because the actions look very similar until the contact point. Its a good option to have in your arsenal. Good luck!
@@HowardMcCain99 Traditionally, you strike the right side of the ball (if you're right handed) to produce side spin. I normally apply backspin along with the side spin. To reverse it, you apply the same motion. However, the contact point is not the right side of the ball, it is the bottom left of the ball, which will create a clockwise spin with backspin. To test this I used a permanent marker to draw a black line around a ball to see the spin. I also toss the ball up, but not too high...this helps to provide a bit more spin.
