You should always know where the police stations are near you. Also know the hours for the police station. Of you think someone is following you while driving, drive to the police station.
THIS!!!!!!!! Someone was getting followed and people on our local fb page kept saying should have gone to the police station she was getting followed around 8 or 9 on the weekend and the police station closed at 4 on the weekend. I had to keep asking what good would that do when no one is there.
@@boredinmission420 well if it's a police station there are always cops on duty so surely SOME one was there... They wouldn't leave a police station unattended considering someone could break in and steal guns police reports etc
Social anxiety disorder is not the same thing as being introverted. I'm an introvert and I'm extremely confident. I don't like large social settings, small intimate get togethers, works so much better for me. They actually have groups that you can join, learn what triggers the anxiety, and things you can do to decompress. Good luck, God bless you.
The first story is so relatable. I too have encountered a stalker who just kept following me everywhere and I developed PTSD because of it. I became a hermit for a really long time. Girls and boys: never EVER give out your personal information (including your phone number) to someone you don't know. Some folks are straight drama. You try to help them, and they toss up weird excuses. The best thing to do is ghost some folks that only bring misery to your life.

I just never understood when people heard of someone breaking thru the house and instead of calling 911 immediately but then find a place to hide or either run out of the house thru back door or window.
