I had a similar experience.. I ordered my essentials on nykaa (without which I can't do even for a day) and they were taking forever to deliver.. I literally used to chat with them daily to know about my order.. Ultimately I got my parcel but the experience was really disappointing.. Earlier nykaa wasn't like that... I don't know what has happened to their sincerity

I had a very bad experience with Nykaa, ordered a product worth 2500rs with a whole order being 5k. But received an empty box and I could tell from the weight so before opening it I recorded a whole unboxing video which clearly shows the tape being removed and the box is empty but nykaa isn’t considering that at all, they are just repeating that they delivered the whole product and when i asked for proof of the same they give same computerised replies. Nykaa isn’t what it used to be!

So true. Even i ordered in hot pink sale last month and i ordered 32 products out of which 8 products were missing, I even have unboxing video of that. As soon as opened the parcel and saw there were missing products, I complaint about this to nykaa and they said I will get the refund after investigation and the return request was even approved but after 7 days they canceled it and are sending computerized message again and again. I even told them to re investigate and check the cctv again but they aren't listening to anything. I am never going to order from nykaa. They are misleading customers.

This is the same thing that has happened with me. I placed an order for 6 items but received only 5 items. They are adamant that they have delivered it. And are not issuing the refund.

This happened with me. But the thing was, it was the fault of the delivery service people. The day my delivery was expected, I waited and waited but it never came. Luckily, we knew a guy who worked in the same delivery company, so we called him and asked. He said that the specific delivery guy was sick and couldn't deliver my parcel. So we had to go and pick up all my parcels from the delivery centre.

Yes di same thing happened with me but not in pink Friday sale i ordered some products which costs almost 4700 rupes (prepaid) and I haven't received the order when I want so I call to the customer care they told me to just wait and after calling daily when I told them I will complaint in consumer court then they refund me they whole amount after 1 month

This happened with me too this time.. really good offers all went to drain. I also reached to customer care 2 times a day every time they make a fool and they finally the order went back to their warehouse mentioning that I have cancelled my order 🤣🤣 Nykka is too smart free ka samn nhi dena chate the 🤣

I ordered from hot pink sale and this was my exact experience. I didn't even recieve any product and customer care simply refused to be reasonable. All those offers just vanished and now I had to pay 1020/- more for re- order. Worst

This happened with me with purple app my order was gonna come on 6 aug within 3 days of order so they asked to order again with the same 200 coupon code but lucky it arrived on 10 also I must tell that it was not so bad experience and I got products of 900 for 560 only 😀 By the way amazing and helpful video

I had this experience...when i shopped for the first time and its prepaid ....i ordered 20 products....i received 6 of them after 3days and 14 products after 10 days....most worst part is that...i ordered matrix shampoo and conditioner combo....i received conditioner in first partial order and shampoo in later one.....whats the point of selling something in combo if you can't deliver it....thank you Komal for bringing this up.😊

macadamia variant of dove is love, it is very soothing smell, gives you a relaxing feeling, pomegranate is something not like roses but like a cupcake smell, i didnt like it. Kinda sweet for my liking.

I have had this experience once with Nykaa, it was a complication from the delivery side but Nykaa could’ve held it differently to solve the issue. From the date of order to delivery it took almost a month!

SAME HAPPENED WITH ME. I ordered on the first day of the sale and the products never got delivered. They sent it back to the warehouse and offered me a 200 discount coupon and said they will refund. But it's been 12 days and I haven't got my refund too. Nykaa is pathetic

Something similar happened with me. I had ordered a set of maybelline kajal n eyeliner but instead of that they sent me a lakme's eyeliner and an additional fit me foundation. I was shocked and the most disappointing thingis I was not able to see my actual order in the orders section. They just show the order in bits and parts in which they send it. The customer care executives were not competent enough to resolve my issue. I will buy products from nykaa in future maybe but still it's a big disappointment from such a brand which has risen to such heights. They should provide better customer service. I use Meesho a lot and their customer service is amazing, they revert within seconds and also resolve all your issues.

The same, exactly same thing happened with me 2 months ago on PURPLLE. I even talked to them on call, they were sorry about it and for compensation provided me with a cashback coupon of 100rs. That was very disappointing! I also didn't order them back bcz u know..fir vo excitement ni rhta h..also hum itna soch soch kr order krte h ..and then vpis se dimag lgana ki itna off hai , itna discount h ..fir man ni hota hai na!

I had the same experience in nykaa fashion. My items were undelivered. I placed an order and very next day, I got notified that items are "undelivered" because my pincode is not serviceable. I tried reordering the same items 3 times. I even asked for my coupon codes back as I was losing my discounts. But all times the same thing happened. Finally I gave up. Not a single item was delivered. And this time on nykaa sale, I ordered the very first day. I got a very late delivery. Almost after 10 days. And no updates were given that it is getting delayed or not. My flatmates ordered after me but they got in 1-2 days

Why you said elle18 is a cheap brand? Just because it's not coming from NY or something like that or doesn't overpriced!! Using elle18 from my childhood days and tbh they are amazing! They launched first ever crayon lipstick when there was no other brands in the market in such a good budget. Lakme and elle18 used to be our everything back in those days! Elle18 still have great nail polish and lipstick collection! And there kajol and eyeliner omg my all time favourite....... Try to promote some og Indian brand sometimes! May these kind of brands don't have a luxurious packaging for a luxurious ppl like you, but they have more than that for us!! I like you very much, but I can't support this! Sorry if you get hurt by my words!

Hey i didn't mean to hurt anyone...i myself have used it in my initial days and there quality is no doubt amazing...but i spoke abt the packaging..it being a very affordable brand the packaging part is a little flimsy and sugar is a brand known for their quality and their product so just compared it for the packaging nothing else..

Honestly I am unhappy with both the platform, be it Nykaa Or Purple. For Purple I received fake products of sugar. So I uninstalled it. Nykaa in terms of Service and delivery was good. The price is high even after giving discount. We get a lot of high end brands at one place. It does sell fake products too.

Another thing with nykaa is they have started giving products close to expiry i got a natural deodorant with shelf life of 6 months only and they gave me one with 3 months already complete and only 3 months left. I complained but they did not give me any solution waste of money. If i buy something which low shelf life atleast it should be newly manufactured so i can use it entirely.

I must say , I also face this exact situation ,I have a really bad experience with nykka although when I place my order toh wo alag alag time period me divide hoo gye and jo phle oder receive huye merko mujhe un products ke actuall price se bhi jada pay krna padaa , so I was thinking koi nhii Joo orfer wale products honge uske toh merko bilkul hii thode paise dene padenge but haven't received itt .... I try to contact her. But they doesn't reply , then they say kii koi dikkt aayi haii apka parcel apko 5,6 day me mil jayega , although I'm not happy with their reply , but tabbhi wo nhii aaya and just date aage badhate ja rhe the and time bhii nikl chukka tha mai phle wale products return bhi nhi kr skti thii when I try to contact tb unhone kha kii hm apko 400rs ka coupon provide krenge with no.minium price, then I was like thikk haii .when I place another order wo coupon lga hii nhii ,phir wo log kehte haii kii sorry' we can't do anything , please forget all .... Andi was like aise kaise forget yrr. Mere itne paise lge haii isse cheaper price pe toh mai khíi se bhii mangwa letii ... 🙄🙄

Yes Yes Yes this had happened to me multiple times (max 6 till now )and specially during pink friday sale and i got sooo frustrated at that point of time , continously connecting to nykaa customer care and the coupon of Rs200 which they provided to me was applicable only to nykaa products and now whats even worse was that coupon was not working seriously that experience was really miserable .

Twice my Huda eye shadow came broken. I was devastated. Returning took so long and then they exchanged that too came broken.... And I was refunded but it was such a bad experince.

Mere sath bhi aisa hua hai lekin first time hi hai,,,though I haven't shopped from sale but i placed my order on 1st August and today is 13th August but haven't received my order yet so today i have mailed them to cancel my order... Now let's see what they respond to but I am very very disappointed😡

Hey!! I also didn’t get my parcel delivered and order status shows delivered. They did not support me when i complained, rather they asked why I complained?? Nykaa has became very pathetic. Sustaining success is not everyone’s cup of tea.

I go to nykaa only for kay beauty or huda beauty products since they are not available on purplle.. for everything else i prefer purplle.

Same nykaa customer service is severely bad i have tried to talk many times but they are very rude and don't even help in any manner

Not good experience with Nykaa, they were not delivering product even after complaining, there is problem with delivery partner “blue dart” no response from them.
